The room allocated wasn't great. it seemed like it was on the staff floor. This. the room itself was disappointing. it lacked cleanliness and overall comfort. maintenance and attention to detail were clearly lacking.

I liked the proximity to the metro station. The hotel offers great value for money. The staff are super nice, they helped me store my luggage for a few days before my flight back home. I recommend this hotel!

Breakfast service is quick with excellent staff. Laxmi and colleagues are always available. The hotel menu offers diverse options and exquisite flavors, this provides an enjoyable culinary experience. Special thanks to the outlet manager for flawless attention.

I found the rooms quite clean upon my arrival. i appreciated the complimentary crib provided for my baby. the breakfast variety was a good way to start each day. i also found the staff were quite helpful. They offered assistance whenever i needed it.
the street outside had many business cards strewn, it felt a bit unpleasant.

the breakfast was great with such a wide selection. laxmi and evelyn were especially friendly. evelyn always greeted guests with a smile and ensured we were well taken care of from the minute we walked in.
I found the common areas quite dirty, a real letdown. the spa wasn't clean either. There was even dirty underwear lying around for days. the staff seemed unhelpful and just brushed things off when i raised concerns
